A:  We design and deliver 4 fully customized modules (aligned to your industry; plus branding, such as logo & color palette), packaged as SCORM/xAPI files — ready for upload to your LMS.  You decide how and when to release them:

• All at once, for immediate implementation

• One module per quarter, for a paced journey

• Or on-demand, for flexible access and review

   Additionally, we deliver 12 monthly-refresher, emotionally-engaging, story-driven micro-snippets (2 minutes or less) - Also, aligned to client industry.

A: The program follows Cathy Moore’s Action Mapping framework — a proven learning design method focused on real behavior change rather than theory.  Learners focus on what they need TO DO, and not just what they need to know.  Learners make decisions inside realistic scenarios, see the outcomes, and practice new behaviors — turning learning into confident action.

 

Q6. How often are trainings updated?

A:

• Kiniun AI Essentials: Updated annually to include new AI tools, regulations, and best practices.

• Cyber Security Awareness (Wizer): Updated throughout the year to stay ahead of evolving threats and attack patterns.

 

Q7. Do we need our own LMS?

A:

• Kiniun Artificial Intelligence (AI) Essentials:  Yes — it’s delivered as SCORM/xAPI packages for your LMS.

• Kiniun Cyber Security Awareness:  No — it’s hosted directly on Wizer’s platform, ready for immediate rollout.

 

Q8. How long do the trainings take?

A:

• Kiniun Artificial Intelligence (AI) Essentials:  Four modules, each about (~18 minutes) plus bi-monthly to monthly 2-minute microlearning refresher videos on current trends related to AI.

• Kiniun Cyber Security Awareness Skills: One annual core course (~30 minutes) plus monthly

2-minute microlearning refresher videos on current trends related to cyber security.

 

Q9. Are phishing simulations included?

A: Yes. The Wizer platform includes phishing simulations and exercises to help employees recognize and avoid real-world attacks.
